Instruction focuses on teaching basic movements and exercises used in jiu jitsu.

This class is a full-body workout that will enhance your endurance, coordination, and cardiovascular health. In this class, you will learn how to deliver powerful punches, knee and elbow strikes, kicks, and defenses against these techniques, and you will practice executing these in various combinations. It is recommended and requested that you bring your own gloves and shin guards, if you have them.

As indicated by the name, no gi is a style of jiu jitsu sans gi. It is recommended that you wear more form-fitting clothing, like a rash guard and spats. In this class, you will learn the different grips and techniques of jiu jitsu without the use of an opponent’s clothing. Compared to gi, this style tends to be more aggressive and faster-paced. Each class teaches a few drills/techniques for students for practice for 60 minutes, followed by 30 minutes of rolling or training for you to test your skills against your teammates.

This is a gi class geared for jiujiteros of all levels and focuses on teaching the foundations of jiu jitsu. This is a great class for beginners to learn the basic concepts and movements of the gentle art and is also the perfect class for upper belts to review and refine their technique. Each class teaches a few drills/techniques and ends with live drilling or rolling for you to practice or test your skills against your teammates.

This is an all-levels, vinyasa class, full of movement that will increase your coordination, flexibility, and agility. A regular practice can help not only physically, by reducing your aches and pains, preventing injury, and shortening the duration of some injuries, but also mentally, by training your mind to remain focused and calm when experiencing discomfort. Classes target areas of the body that commonly are strained and tightened by jiu-jitsu training.
